Part Time Bank Teller
Serve the public and promote good customer relations. Perform a wide variety of transactions to service customers through established Bank policies, procedures, and objectives. Perform and provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.
- Provide efficient, effective, and courteous customer service
- Maintain effective knowledge of bank’s products and services
- Ensure the accuracy of transactions
- Balance transactions and cash at the end of the day and participates in the branch settlement
- Ensure transactions are processed and the proper documentation is completed within established time frames
- Perform all duties in accordance with prescribed security and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure full compliance with Bank’s Information Security Policies and Procedures
- Balance ATMs
Requirements:
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- Some cash handling experience
- Some basic computer knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Work on Saturdays
